These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on voulezvousbtw.com (the “Site”), operated by Voulez Vous (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are processed through our secure Shopify checkout. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability — any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and its supported methods; we never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally. Delivery timelines for made-to-measure items are stated on the product page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, with tags, in their original condition. Exception: custom and made-to-measure items — garments produced to your specifications or personalised measurements are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Directive (and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) and are therefore non-refundable, except where faulty.
5. Faulty Items
Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact info@voulezvousbtw.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, product imagery, the Voulez Vous name, monogram, and the 3D gallery experience are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
