Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-measure pieces are crafted to your measurements — their production and delivery timeline is stated on the product page.
Delivery Times
European Union: 3–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, payable by the recipient.
Returns
Standard items: return within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags, in original condition. Email info@voulezvousbtw.com with your order number to start a return — we will send you instructions and the return address.
Made-to-measure and personalised items are non-refundable under EU/UK consumer law, as they are produced specifically to your measurements — except where faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded where required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we will make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
