Voulez Vous is a luxury art-wear brand. Every piece begins as a work of art — inspired by sculpture, architecture and the myth of Eros and Psyche — and is then produced as a premium garment. Our collections are built on four values: Self, Love, Faith, and Legacy.
Are Voulez Vous pieces unisex?
Yes. Every design is produced for both women and men — the same artwork, the same standard, tailored fits. In our 3D gallery you can switch the entire museum between the womenswear and menswear fit with one tap.
How do I find my size?
We offer sizes S to XL. Size S corresponds to a 50 cm flat chest width (measured armpit to armpit), M to 53 cm, L to 56 cm, and XL to 59 cm. See the full size guide on our About page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Shopify and accepts major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment methods available in your region (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay).
What is your return policy?
Standard items can be returned unworn, with tags, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-measure or personalised items are produced specifically for you and are non-refundable under EU/UK consumer law. To start a return, email info@voulezvousbtw.com with your order number.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
What is the 3D Gallery?
The Voulez Vous 3D Gallery is an immersive virtual museum where the collection is worn by marble figures in a Mediterranean rotunda. You can walk the space, switch between womenswear and menswear, tap any piece to view it, and check out securely — or shop the traditional online store instead.
