Overview
This is a temporary version of our policy, created for the pre-registration phase of Voulez Vous. A full, registered policy will be released once our brand’s legal setup is complete.
All orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner in Dubai, who handles fulfillment on behalf of Voulez Vous. Each piece is made to order, ensuring that every product you receive is freshly produced and carefully checked before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after production is complete. Delivery time depends on your destination, but generally takes between 7–14 business days from dispatch.
In some rare cases, such as customs inspections, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons, international deliveries may take up to 20 business days. Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey from our facility to your doorstep.
Shipping fees are typically included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable in your country) are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
All Voulez Vous products are made to order, meaning they are created exclusively for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this personalized production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.
However, if there’s an issue on our side, such as receiving the wrong item, a defect in manufacturing, or a printing error, we’ll take full responsibility. Once verified, you can either request a replacement or a full refund after the item is returned in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
To report a problem, please reach out through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order. Our support team will review the case and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
If your refund is delayed, please check your bank or card statement first. Then contact your payment provider for confirmation before reaching out to us. We’ll always assist in ensuring your case is resolved smoothly.

Return Shipping
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Voulez Vous will cover all return shipping costs.
If not, return shipping is not available as part of our policy since we don’t accept returns for size or preference reasons.
When shipping an approved return, we recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the package safely reaches our facility. Our team will provide the correct return address and instructions once your case is approved.
