Use, Sale, Liability & Governing Law
This is a temporary version of our Terms & Conditions, created during the pre-registration phase of Voulez Vous. A full legal version will follow once the brand’s company registration in Dubai is completed.

1. Brand & Operations
Voulez Vous is currently operated by its founder during the brand’s early phase. All products are fulfilled and shipped from Dubai by our official logistics partner on behalf of Voulez Vous. Until full registration is finalised, these terms govern all purchases, interactions, and use of our website.

2. Orders & Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping details and contact information. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local authorities.
Please note that customs procedures or courier delays are outside our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for order cancellation or refund.

3. Product & Representation
Each Voulez Vous item is made to order, meaning it is produced specifically for the person who purchased it. This process ensures uniqueness and minimizes waste.
We make every effort to display colors, fabrics, and fits as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen display settings or production differences.

4. Returns & Replacements
Since every product is made individually, returns for size, personal preference, or change of mind are not accepted. If there is a verified error on our end, such as a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition for inspection before a resolution is issued. Voulez Vous will cover return costs only if the mistake is ours.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product. Voulez Vous cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by shipping services, customs decisions, or external technical issues beyond our control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These temporary terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from the use of this website, or from a transaction with Voulez Vous, will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these temporary Terms & Conditions.
Once company registration is complete, updated and legally verified terms will replace this version.
